Since 2013, ETM has provided Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Support and Coordination Services for the City of Jacksonville, Clay County, Nassau County, and St. Johns County. In addition, ETM recently completed a Sidewalk Asset Strategy study in St. Johns County and is currently completing a study to determine traffic impacts generated by the First Coast Expressway.
ETM previously completed Transit Development Plans (TDPs) for St. Johns County, a Transit Study for Nassau County, a detailed Customer Survey (for the Sunshine Bus Company in St. Johns County), and a Bicycle and Pedestrian Sub-Area Plan for the Town of Orange Park.
