Our team was contracted by Baptist Medical Center South, ranked by US News & World Report as one of the top five hospitals in Florida, to participate in all master planning studies and to serve as the project designer.
Our team began searching for sites for Baptist Health and ultimately worked together to choose the location that is now home to Baptist South. Our ultimate responsibilities included:
- Boundary surveys
- Permitting and contract representation
- Preliminary site plan
- Concurrency/mobility
- Site geometry plan
- Water/sewer design
- Landscape/irrigation design
- Paving/drainage design
Also included in this project was a design for a helipad to handle life-flight services.
