Baptist Health, one of the most preferred health systems throughout Northeast Florida, has extensive services located throughout the region. They serve the community through a growing circle of care that includes seven nationally accredited hospitals, including the region’s only children’s hospital, numerous additional free-standing healthcare campuses, emergency rooms, and specialty facilities.
Baptist Health has engaged our team at an institutional-wide level. ETM has provided holistic services including consulting, strategic planning, design, permitting, and construction administration on countless sites throughout the system.
At Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville, ETM’s scope has included the new NICU tower, Palm Avenue reconstruction, Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center, and downtown master planning. Specific tasks have included master planning assistance, final construction document design, regulatory permitting, stormwater credit swaps, coordination of the master development agreement between Baptist Health and the City of Jacksonville, JEA reimbursement agreements, and CEI services.
