In response to the rapid growth of the Clay County area, Baptist Health recognized the need to expand its facilities to better serve the community. To fulfill their vision of a comprehensive healthcare campus, Baptist Health constructed a state-of-the-art hospital, spanning 300,000-square-feet and comprising six stories with 100 beds. In addition, Baptist Health acquired a neighboring 90,000-square-feet office building, incorporating it into the campus to enhance the range of services offered.
To address the challenges posed by this expansion, ETM was enlisted to provide strategic planning, design, permitting, and contract administration services. ETM worked closely with Baptist Health to develop a comprehensive plan to transform the existing campus into a fully functional, full-service hospital.
