ETM is completing the civil engineering design, including site planning, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting for the soon-to-be-developed five-star Four Seasons Hotel in the Jacksonville Shipyards, a blend of urban design and waterfront entertainment Downtown.
At completion, the Four Seasons hotel will contain approximately 176 hotel rooms, resort amenities, and 25 Class A residential condominium units. The project is expected for completion in 2025.
