The Station at San Marco is a 3.43-acre mixed-use development located at the northwest quadrant of Hendricks Avenue and Nira Street, south of I-95. The project consists of a five-story residential apartment building with 345 units and 5,500-square-feet of retail space on the first floor, as well as 30,000-square-feet of active recreation space and a six-level parking garage.
ETM was involved in site planning, rezoning, engineering design and permitting, and is currently providing construction administration.
