Our team was honored to provide the site planning for the Bridgestone/Firestone one million-square-foot distribution center in Jacksonville. Other services included regulatory permitting with St. Johns River Water Management District and Army Corps of Engineers. A JEA sanitary lift station was required for this site, as well as a secured entrance and outside tire storage area.
