Amazon is an e-commerce giant that sells a wide array of merchandise to customers all around the world and is currently expanding its facilities to many cities throughout the United States.
We were thrilled to provide planning, design, permitting, and rezoning support services for Amazon’s Last Mile Delivery warehouse expansion in Daytona Beach.
This building, which is designed to help get packages from delivery stations to a customer’s doorstep, features 90,000-square-feet and is located on 25 acres. The site also included over 650 parking spaces for delivery vans and employee parking.
