The FDOT selected ETM to provide CEI services for the bridge replacement on Norwood Avenue (SR 117) over Moncrief Creek, a $6 Million project in Duval County.
During construction, a temporary detour with phased MOT and acrow panel bridge with a pedestrian walkway was implemented to reduce traffic congestion and delays.
This project included the installation of 1,574 LF of 24” concrete piles, 1,612 LF of concrete slab beams, and 380 LF of concrete traffic railing.

The project was completed on time and in budget in the Spring of 2023.
