In 2019, ETM inaugurated its unique internship program with a clear mission: to offer undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students’ invaluable opportunities for growth and mentorship within the AEC industry.
The ETM Accelerator program is designed to provide students with real-world, hands-on experiences that extend far beyond the classroom. Interns have the privilege of immersing themselves in the day-to-day operations of our firm, applying their knowledge to tangible projects. Moreover, each intern is matched with a mentor who guides and supports them throughout their journey, ensuring their ongoing success. Many interns find themselves presented with full-time employment opportunities upon the conclusion of their internship.

Internships are available in our Jacksonville and Orlando corporate offices, and our Accelerator office in Gainesville, catered to University of Florida students.
