THIRD-PARTY Recruiting

Any third-party search firm, employment agency, or entity that submits a resume to an ETM employee directly without a direct request to provide candidates for these positions and an executed partnership agreement in place with Human Resources, does so with the understanding that the applicant’s resume will become the property of ETM. ETM will have the right to hire that applicant at its discretion without any fee owed to the submitting search firm, employment agency, or entity.

Third-party search firms that have a current year agreement with ETM and have been engaged to complete a specific search shall submit any resumes to ETM’s Human Resources department at
