Scott Wild is an expert in special districts. He and his team have delivered solutions for master-planned community clients for over three decades and have managed more than 30 Special Districts. Scott obsesses over details and finds joy in developing engineering designs that deliver thousands of lots to market each year. Scott’s primary emphasis and experience is in large drainage analyses and designs, as well as environmental permitting. Additionally, Scott is a Certified Floodplain Manager and Professional Land Surveyor.
