RISE, a real estate company, is currently developing an 8-story, mixed-use apartment building in the heart of Jacksonville’s sports and entertainment district. When complete, this lavish apartment complex will encompass retail on the ground floor and unique amenities, such as a private sparkling pool and public bar on the building’s rooftop.
For this project, our firm completed the site planning, design, and permitting, which was processed through Downtown Development Review Board. Our team was required to manage FEMA without any additional cost impacts. To do so, our firm provided master planning, design, permitting, and Construction Engineering and Inspection services.
Additionally, our team successfully represented RISE on obtaining approval from Downtown Development Review Board (DDRB).
