State Road 200 Reconstruction

Client: Florida Department of Transportation District 2

The scope of this project included the reconstruction of 5.5 miles of 4-lane rural to a 6-lane urban arterial roadway including the replacement of the mainline bridges over Lofton Creek. Some incidental work for this project included the construction of nine ponds, box culvert extensions, 28 drilled shafts, nine interconnected signalized intersections actuated by advanced traffic loops and video detection, as well as directional drill at Lofton Creek to replace both water main and force mains.

Our team provided the surveying services for SR 200 from west of Griffin Road to West of I-95. Tasks included 3D design survey and right of way survey and calculations. We were also responsible for scope development, schedule, project coordination, supervision and QC of data and deliverable packages.
