ETM was contracted by the City of St. Augustine to provide professional engineering services related to the refurbishment of streets in the downtown historic area in preparation for the City’s 450th Commemoration Celebration. The streets under this contract included Spanish Street (Hypolita Street to Cuna Street), Hypolita Street (Cordova Street to Charlotte Street) and Treasury Street (Cordova Street to St. George Street).
Efforts included a detailed design and engineering of roadways, water/sewer piping, stormwater/drainage, lighting, hardscapes, and utilities. ETM was also responsible for Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI), which included monitoring the construction contracts to ensure these projects were completed according to the plans, specifications, and special provisions.
