ETM Survey is currently providing various surveying services for the new 88-acre Southeast Toyota Distributors (SET) processing facility at the JAXPORT Blount Island Marine Terminal.
For this property, SET, a subsidiary of JM Family Enterprises, will undergo a $210 Million long-term lease with JAXPORT, relocating from their original 50-acre facility at JAXPORT’s Talleyrand Marine Terminal and adjacent 23-acre private facility. According to JM Family Enterprises, SET will remain at its current Talleyrand location until construction on the new facility is complete in late 2024.
Our surveying services have included boundary surveys, topography, sketch and description preparation, and more. Most recently, ETM Survey completed a topographical survey to gather data for a potential expansion beyond what SET has already acquired.
ETM also provided master planning on SET’s 250-acre Vehicle Processing Facility in Jacksonville.
