This high-profile project provided for the design of the remaining undeveloped acreage and an overall assessment of the Puerto Rico National Cemetery. This endeavor completed several of the one-time repair or upgrade projects required to restore the cemetery to national shrine status. The improvements to existing facilities included flag assembly area, entrance area/gate and landscape features, as well as constructing a columbarium.
