Palm Avenue Improvements

Client: City of Jacksonville and Baptist Health

ETM provided design and permitting services for the reconstruction of 1,800-linear-feet of Palm Avenue in Downtown Jacksonville. The project consisted of replacing the aging existing roadway with a 4-lane divided facility and included improvements to storm drainage, lighting, hardscape, and landscape.

For this project, ETM Survey’s Subsurface Utility Engineering team completed 83 VVHs and 7 Mast Arm Reports, working within the City of Jacksonville and FDOT right-of-ways.
