Working with the Jacksonville Jaguars NFL Franchise, ETM provided placemaking and engineering services for the development of a new 125,000-square-foot state-of-the-art sports performance center. The new two-story facility includes an indoor practice facility, two outdoor practice fields, fan amenity areas, offices, meeting rooms, and facilities to support the Jaguars Franchise. The site is located adjacent to the Everbank Stadium in Downtown Jacksonville, and included several site constraints from existing utility locations, topographic challenges, and design for resilience.
In the Summer of 2022, the Jaguars announced a ten-year naming rights agreement with the Miller Electric Company for this new sports performance facility, which is now titled the Miller Electric Center.
ETM’s services included site civil design, hardscape and landscape design, irrigation system design, graphics, and construction administration services.
This project was completed in the Summer of 2023.
