ETM was contracted by PARC Group to provide professional planning and engineering services related to a walkable neighborhood located within Nocatee in St. Johns County. The Lakeside community offers single family residential, parks, and recreation space and is within walking distance to the Nocatee Village Town Center.
ETM’s efforts for this project included master planning, civil engineering, roadway design, stormwater collection system design, water and sewer system design, permitting, surveying, Construction Engineering and Inspection services.
