The purpose of this study was to evaluate the causes of existing flooding problems on SR 25 (Hatley Street) within the City of Jasper for the FDOT, District 2. An extensive ICPR drainage model was developed to simulate the function of existing drainage patterns and stormwater systems. Infrastructure solutions were evaluated and recommended based on cost and feasibility. The project advanced to the preparation of construction plans and permitting through the SJRWMD.
Our responsibilities included permitting, drainage design, maintenance of traffic, erosion control, and signing and marking, extensive utility coordination with the City of Jasper, and post-design services during the construction phase.
