Imeson 300 was fully leased by Cra-Z-Art, which sells activity, art and school supplies, toys, and stationery products. Cra-Z-Art will operate its manufacturing and distribution functions at this location in North Jacksonville. Our team was responsible for the design and permitting of this 300,000-square-foot industrial facility.
Our team was also responsible for the design and permitting of Imeson 552 Building A, which is a Class A, 156-acre master planned industrial business park, centrally located between JIA and JAXPORT. The building contains a 553,000-square-foot industrial facility and features 117 dock-high doors, four drive-in doors, and 36’clear height. This building is also expandable up to 1,200,000-square-feet.
