Our firm was responsible for site feasibility analysis, site selection, and site design for Florida Blue’s magnificent 138-acre 1.8 million-square-foot office development located within the Deerwood Park North Development of Regional Impact (DRI).
Our work effort included a study of three alternative sites and a comparison of the cost, benefit, and potential issues with each site. Once the Deerwood Park campus was selected, our firm became the on-site civil engineer and began developing a utility master plan, a stormwater master plan, conducted an access and traffic study, foundation system analysis, environmental permitting, developed detailed construction documents, and construction administration.
