East San Marco

East San Marco is home to almost 56,000-square-feet of retail space in Jacksonville’s San Marco community; some of its most popular shops are Publix and Orange Theory Fitness. ETM was contracted by Regency Centers to provide professional engineering and planning services related to this mixed-use develop­ment project.
