Our team provided master planning, design, and permitting services for the construction of this 1.5-mile-long, 6-lane divided roadway that serves the St. Johns Town Center mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida.
Services included roadway design, a master stormwater plan, the design of two waterway bridge crossings, and the design of seven signalized intersections. We also provided the project master utility design which encompassed the design of water mains, sanitary sewers, a regional sewer lift station, and sanitary sewer force mains.
The project was permitted with the FDOT, the City of Jacksonville, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and the St. Johns River Water Management District.
