Flagler Center is a 934-acre mixed-use Development of Regional Impact. The proposed development consists of office use, multi-family housing, retail, commercial and light industrial uses. Flagler Center is currently home to seven multi-story office buildings, four warehouse facilities, retail space, a hotel, daycare, charter school and ICE Facility, in addition to Baptist Medical Center South and the Citi Group Corporate campus. When completed, Flagler Center will accommodate approximately 7 million square feet of office, light industrial, warehousing and retail facilities. ETM’s responsibilities included stormwater management, sewer collection, water distribution, parcel development and DRI compliance. Duties have also included the management and coordination of off-site roadway improvements which included over 2 miles of four lane urban section roadway and a new $22 million interstate interchange.
