Cecil Commerce Center was conveyed to the City of Jacksonville as part of the closure of NAS Cecil Field. Since that time, the City of Jacksonville has worked to promote the 4,500-acre site for manufacturing and distribution industries, as well as support retail and office space. At build-out, Cecil Commerce Center is expected to provide as much as 30 million square feet of manufacturing and warehouse distribution space. ETM Surveying & Mapping, Inc. (formerly RMA) provided surveying that included preparing boundary surveys, jurisdictional wetlands surveys, topographic surveys, and various sketches and legal descriptions. To date, ETM Surveying & Mapping, Inc. continues to provide surveying services for the Cecil Commerce Center project.
