ETM was responsible for site feasibility analysis, site selection and site design for this 138 acre 1,800,000 square foot office development located within the Deerwood Park North DRI. The work effort included a study of three alternative sites and a comparison of the cost, benefit and potential issues with each site. Once the Deerwood Park Campus was selected, ETM became the engineer of record and began developing a utility master plan, a storm water master plan and conducted an access and traffic study. ETM also performed a foundation system analysis, completed environmental permitting, developed detailed construction documents, and performed construction administration. In addition, ETM serves as general consultant for Blue Cross’ miscellaneous engineering needs and is involved in assisting in the analysis of their ongoing expansion needs.
