This position is for ETM's Jacksonville Office. The CADD Technician will provide routine drafting and design support for Professional Engineer/Project Engineer during the planning and design of typical civil engineering projects such as roads, residential and commercial projects and schools.

CEI Inspector

The CEI Inspector will provide field observation, testing and measurement services as liaison with project stakeholders that include the client, engineer, contractor, utility agencies and regulatory authorities during the construction phase of a project. The Inspector will work within a team environment and assist the Team Leader/Senior Inspector in observing, measuring, testing and documenting the progress, quality, and quantity of work performed by the contractor.

CEI Senior Project Engineer

The CEI Senior Project Engineer directs highly complex and specialized construction engineering administration and inspection programs; plans and organizes the work of subordinate and staff members; develops and/or reviews policies, methods, practices, and procedures; supports Company initiatives, including staff development; participates in business development initiatives; and reviews programs for conformance with FDOT/Clients standards.

Engineer Intern

This position is for ETM's Central Florida office. Using prescribed methods, performs specific and limited portions of a broad assignment of an experienced professional engineer. Applies standard practices and techniques in specific situations, adjusts and correlates data, recognizes discrepancies in results, and follows operations through a series of related, detailed steps or processes. Perform and coordinate engineering assignments designed to develop professional working knowledge, requiring the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria necessary to fulfill the experience requirement for licensure as a professional engineer; perform related work.

Professional Surveyor & Mapper

ETM's affiliate company, ETM Surveying & Mapping, Inc. is looking for a Professional Surveyor & Mapper. This position requires an extensive knowledge of FDOT procedures and software and the Surveyor must possess the ability to analyze problems, envision solutions and develop deliverables using state of the art technology in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. The Surveyor will work closely with our Project Manager for FDOT and Public projects.

Sr. CADD Technician

This position is for ETM's Central Florida office. The Sr. CADD Technician will produce accurate complex final design models and drawings with AutoCADD/ Civil 3D and related software. This individual may also lead less experienced technicians and on occasion assist with determining appropriate workload and project modeling and drawing cost estimates.

Senior Planner

This position is for ETM's Jacksonville Office. The Senior Planner will be responsible for preparing, filing and representing applications to local and regional government or agencies related to land development projects. A Bachelor’s Degree in Planning or related field; is required (Master’s preferred) along with a minimum of seven years experience with local government regulatory requirements and processes. Experience may be public, private or a combination of both.

Subsurface Utility Coordinator

The Subsurface Utility Coordinator will manage multiple SUE efforts for roadway, light rail, and related public works projects, as well as, project setup, budgeting, scheduling, and billing, and monitoring field expenses. They will be responsible for the timely development, review, input, and response on all SUE contract scopes, fees, or proposal requests to include; financial reviews of projects, understanding of multipliers, overhead, profit, overall financial performance of the SUE group. The Coordinator will be required to meet Business Development goals and maintain positive client relations, identify and maintain pursuit tracking for SUE project opportunities.

Transportation Drainage Engineer

This position is for ETM's Jacksonville Office. The Transportation Drainage Engineer is responsible for designing systems that move water from one place to another, as safely and efficiently as possible. This is a highly technical role involving use of advanced computer modelling tools. When designing drainage systems, the drainage engineer must analyze factors such as environmental impact, aesthetics, and project costs, and this position must be aware of local laws governing drainage system construction.

Water/Wastewater Engineer

This position is for ETM's Jacksonville Office. The Water/Wastewater Engineer will work on all phases of civil engineering including planning, design, and construction management of water and wastewater treatment, collection, distribution, storage and pumping systems. Typical projects involve working with local and regional municipal clients to solve complex water and wastewater challenges. assist in the design, permitting, and construction of municipal utility projects. Specific tasks may include field investigations, preparation of engineering reports, project permitting, cost estimates, development and review of design plans and technical specifications, field representation and office assistance throughout construction.
