ETM President, Tyler Mathews, was recently recognized as a Jacksonville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Honoree. The honorees were selected by a panel of local business leaders after poring over a record number of nominations. These honorees, including Mathews, have been recognized for their impact on their organizations, the business community, and the overall growth of Jacksonville and the First Coast.

As the President of ETM, Tyler champions client satisfaction, external partnerships, and product delivery, and fosters a culture that aligns with the firm’s core views. He is responsible for ensuring the success of our firm, which, this year, marks 46 years in operation. After just over a year in the role, ETM has seen more than 10% growth and has a revenue of $60 Million.
Tyler is committed to ensuring positive regional growth through his real estate development expertise and industry knowledge. Apart from his role at ETM, Mathews was instrumental in establishing the Hightower Emerging Leaders Fellowship, which brings together talented professionals to build relationships and learn from Jacksonville leaders making significant contributions to the next generation. Due to his leadership experience and vision for the Jacksonville community, he also serves as a Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce board member.
