The National Association of Home Builders named Seven Pines, under development at southeast Butler Boulevard and Interstate 295, one of the Top 5 Master-Planned Communities in the Nation.

ICI Homes and David Weekley Homes are jointly building in Seven Pines. Prices begin in the high $600,000s.

The community will have a 34-acre central park, walking trails, water amenities, community pools and a 7,900-square-foot clubhouse.

About 3,000 square feet of the clubhouse will be devoted to a fitness area.

Residents will be able to use canoes and kayaks provided by the community.

The national builders group made the announcement at the International Builder Show in Las Vegas.

Seven Pines also received a Gold Award for Best Print Campaign in partnership with InterCommunications and a Silver Award for Best Graphic Continuity and Best Signage.

“It is truly an honor to be recognized by The Nationals with four awards including one acknowledging Seven Pines as one of the top five master-planned communities in the country,” said Mori Hosseini, chairman and CEO of ICI Homes and the managing partner of Seven Pines, in a news release.

“Seven Pines has quickly become one of the most sought-after communities in Northeast Florida,” said David Weekley, chairman of David Weekley Homes.

“The nationals recognize the best in the home building industry, and we appreciate the nationwide accolades from out industry peers.”

There are eight model homes to tour at Seven Pines and several homes under construction in a range of sizes and styles.
