We are excited to announce that Cory Daugherty, ETM CAD Manager, was recently named the Florida Engineering Society’s 2022 Engineering Specialist of the Year.
Utilizing Civil 3D, Cory helps manage ETM’s CAD Technicians and CAD standards. His enormous impact on the firm can be seen through his guidance in the implementation of innovative software and the training of new team members. Cory brings a thoughtful approach to leadership and an equal excitement in and willingness to learn. In addition to training and mentoring new hires, he has produced the firm’s training videos to further support the growth and development of the CAD team members.
His willingness to jump in and push initiatives/projects across the finish line are just some of the reasons he has become an invaluable team member. Cory leads by example and does not shy away from a challenge. He looks for the best outcome for all involved and truly exemplifies the core values of ETM. Congratulations, Cory!
