Nearly two decades ago, ETM proudly launched our internship program. The purpose? To provide unique growth and mentorship opportunities to undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students in building construction, engineering, and geomatics.
Our internship program is structured to provide real-life, on-the-job experiences that students cannot get in the classroom. Interns are given the opportunity to immerse themselves in the day-to-day tasks of our firm while applying their educational knowledge to real projects. In addition, each intern is provided with a seasoned mentor to assist them on their journey and ensure continued success. Following the conclusion of their internship, hardworking individuals are often offered full-time employment.
In July 2019, we expanded our internship program to Gainesville to support young professionals attending the University of Florida. This program, the ETM Accelerator, is strategically located within Gainesville’s Innovation District, an up-and-coming area near the University.
