The six-story, 218,700-square-foot building sits on an 18-acre site, includes 1,200 parking spaces, and will offer a dining area, fitness center, health clinic, outdoor courtyard and provide occupants with access to a pedestrian walkway under Butler Boulevard to the St. Johns Town Center.
