FTP lets you upload and download files that are too big to email. For best results use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher.

Downloading a file:

To download a file, simply browse to the folder where the file is located. Once the file is found right-click the file with your mouse and select "copy to folder…". Browse to the folder on your computer that you wish to save the file to and click OK.

Uploading a file:

To upload a file, you must have either your Windows Explorer or your "My Computer" folder opened to the file you desire to upload. In the FTP window, browse to the folder you wish to upload the file into. Drag and drop the file from Windows Explorer or the "My Computer" folder into the folder on the FTP site you wish to load the file into.

If uploading files, please be sure to contact the appropriate project manager at ETM to notify them that your file has been uploaded. All files will be deleted 30 days from upload date. (904-642-8990)
